NW ACCS Regional Choral Concert - Fri., Nov. 10, 2023 [6:30pm]

The Oaks is excited to welcome area ACCS schools to this year's NW ACCS Regional Choral Festival on Friday, November 10, 2023. The 9–12th grade choir has already been hard at work preparing joint pieces and an individual selection which they will be performing that evening. For all 9–12th grade students, the day begins at 8:30am and continues through the evening's concert. All Oaks families, friends, and members of the public are invited to attend the evening's free concert, beginning at 6:30pm in the gymnasium. Your supportive presence would be greatly appreciated!

A personal note from Iain Fisher, Chorale CdA board member:

I have had the blessed opportunity to take part in past NW choral festivals at the Oaks under the baton of the wonderful Dr. David Erb of New St. Andrew's college. The program includes performances from individual area choirs, consisting of elementary schools up through adult church choirs, as well as a joint performance with all singers, for a total of more than 400 singers on stage all singing at once! 

I will be in the audience this year, and I heartily encourage anyone who enjoys listening to talented singers, student and adult, perform beautiful sacred & secular works to attent the free concert!
